Senior Sales Executive (MPS)

Our client, a well-respected player in the Managed Print Services space is looking for a seasoned MPS Account Manager to take ownership of their most strategic accounts and lead the deployment of new enterprise customers from contract signature right through to revenue execution.

About the Role

This is a senior, high-impact role that blends account management, business development, and operational leadership. You will be the single point of contact and escalation for key MPS clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on complex contracts while identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. You will also play an active role in driving process improvements and automation initiatives within the MPS Operations function.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage strategic territory and account plans, maintaining an accurate business forecast
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline management through to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Present compelling value propositions to directors and executive-level decision makers
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of new MPS customers, from contract signature to revenue execution
  • Act as the single point of escalation for client issues throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Project Managers, managing performance and development plans
  • Conduct fleet output audits and document analysis using the most effective Data Collection Agents
  • Oversee the set-up of billing and systems for each new MPS customer, managing Implementation and Billing Dashboards
  • Ensure a seamless transition for customers from sales through to ongoing account management
  • Analyse how the business utilises applications and systems, identifying improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
  • Leverage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as a tool for relationship deepening and revenue expansion
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at automating client functions and enhancing cross-functional processes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an MPS Account Management or senior sales role within the document solutions / print industry
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong leadership skills. You have managed or mentored teams before and know how to get the best from people
  • The ability to engage confidently at C-suite and director level
  • Analytical and commercially astute. Comfortable with data, dashboards, billing systems, and operational processes
  • A solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
