Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

• Conduct market analysis and competitive reviews quarterly.

• Build and own the product business case including pricing, volume, cost, and ROI.

• Align product goals with CPO and executive leadership.

• Oversee full product lifecycle: ideation, development, testing, launch, and support.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on roadmap milestones.

• Collaborate with finance on pricing, billing, and P&L ownership.

• Track and report on key product metrics (e.g. growth, engagement, revenue).

• Ensure successful implementation and steady-state operations.

• Draft commercial agreements and mitigate legal risks.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in product management, ideally in payments or FinTech.

• Strong commercial and strategic acumen.

• Experience in Lean and Agile methodologies.

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, customer development, and data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree and a Product Management qualification preferred.
